LaceIT™ X640 LSO & Frame
Description
Low profile and Standard profile L.S.O. mesh foam design with rigid Anterior Panel, provides increased abdominal support without sacrificing comfort and compliance. Unique bi-pull design conforms to sagittal and transverse plane with separate superior and inferior control of brace for greater adjustability of waist/hip development ensuring proper fit and patient compliance. The modular Secure Slide™ component allows for easy application to the Dynamically Self-Adjusting Frame™, providing the patient greater posterior-lateral control.
The dynamically self-adjusting frame is the first off-the-shelf self-adjusting customizable frame. Its lightweight design offers excellent rigidity when worn with a Lace IT™ Low- Profile or Standard L.S.O. Durable orthosis helps maintain the spine in neutral alignment and permits ease of movement. Dynamic hinge design allows frame to adjust to any body type. Frame opens and closes to patient movements, providing superior comfort and enhancing patient compliance.
Indications for Use
Acute and chronic low back pain, pre and post-surgical support in the lumbar region of the spine, resulting from an assortment of spinal conditions caused by degenerative changes or maldevelopment as well as use as a post- operative lower lumbar support. The AOD LSO rehabilitates muscles while relieving pain. The LSO comfortably relaxes muscles spasms, prevents or retards muscle atrophy, maintains, or increases range of motion, which may significantly increase the healing rate. It can also be effective for obese patients, women in late pregnancy and short stature patients.
